i started this website back in 2018.

from my journey doing food and beauty blogs, last 2020, i finally found the topic i’d like to discuss: personal growth and social media. those years were the age of exploration and self-discovery, and i enjoyed the process. talking about personal growth paved the way for me to inspire more people online and teach on a different kind of audience as an educator. i teach college student about understanding the self, general psychology, job skills and career preparation, and self-development and goal-setting, all encompassing each individual’s growth journey.

with the constant development of technology, most of us are glued to our screens and consuming information. as a consumer myself, i’d like to create things that bring value to people, by merely sharing my insights and things that i’ve learned to them. this is not to make people consume more, but to be mindful of their everyday decisions, even with the things they experience online and offline. i share my journey, my experiences, and even mundane things because i believe people can learn something from them, too. some topics i also include as i talk about personal growth are:

• content creation and enriching our digital selves

• traveling and nomad life (not in a luxurious way!)

• productivity and goal-setting

• building habits

• mental health

• taking care of our physical selves

and so much more.

from building a website to write my insights, i started posting on social media channels to influence more people, and right now my newest addition is my speak and inspire podcast (a pandemic baby!) these things are more of a hobby and i do it on times when i feel like doing it, but i’m really happy this opened opportunities on my career and i am able to help brands and individuals start their own, too.

some of the things i offer are:

• social media management and content creation (yes, i manage all my social media and did graphics!)

• basic website design and set-up (i explored this, and i had fun creating a website)

• speaking engagements on the said topics
